Just like anything, there are tools and tricks you can use to set yourself up for success! First, know where you want to go. How much weight do you want to lose? What areas do you want to tone? Second, be very self-aware of what your triggers are and again (surprise surprise, work with them and NOT against them, so you set yourself up for success!) Third, have an ongoing tracking system so that you know exactly where you are and if you need to be a little stricter or you can give yourself some leeway.
